Henry Ennis brings over 20 years of sales, finance and operations experience in both public and privately held companies; large multi-national and mid-cap service firms.
Henry previously was Vice President of Channel Revenue at PRG-Schultz, (NASDAQ: PRGX), a global audit recovery company. During his tenure at PRG, Henry led the Channel Group through dramatic growth and profitability with rapid expansion in Europe and Asia. He also directed the development of new service offerings for the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries and served as a division president. Prior to PRG-Schultz, Henry spent ten years in various senior management positions with Sea-Land Services (now Horizon Lines, NYSE: HRZ); a global ocean transportation company. Henry Ennis served as Treasurer for two insurance companies with emphasis on portfolio performance and liquidity. Henry has a BS in Finance from the University of New Orleans and an MBA from the University of Texas (Dallas).
David C. Royal
Mr. Royal has over 35 years experience in strategic planning, target market analysis, business development, management, sales and operations with multi-million and multi-billion dollar transportation, service, logistics and supply chain companies. As a principal, he has held and successfully transitioned major equity ownership positions in several business ventures. Mr. Royal has previously held positions as Managing Partner, Vice President, and President of several logistics services companies. Mr. Royal’s earlier responsibilities included securing startup financing through venture capital and traditional funding sources, market and competition analysis for Fortune 1000 clientele. Mr. Royal holds a BBA in Marketing and Management from Baylor University and has done post-graduate work in supply chain and logistics administration.
Donald M. Boucher
Don Boucher has over 40 years background in medical, educational, and international legislative involvement. Mr. Boucher’s medical career included working with state and national legislators on public policy and development for long term acute care hospitals. He also served as Special Assistant to the President, and Ombudsman for Texas Tech University. Further Don was Director of International Service at Texas A&M University and Executive Vice President for the World University in Puerto Rico. Don Boucher was the Peace Corp Country Director in Venezuela, Honduras, Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. In this role he worked directly with senior government officials, (in country) private sector, and program managers. Boucher also served as a track and field coach for 1976 Saudi Arabian Olympic team in Montreal. Don holds a EdD from Texas Tech University, Master of Education from Springfield College, and BS from Oklahoma Baptist University.
Mr. Bell has 13 years of experience in the financial services industry with functional roles within risk management, capital markets, corporate credit analysis and investment banking. Most recently, he worked as a Risk Analyst with GE Capital where he focused on underwriting equity investments in commercial and residential real estate. Prior to joining GE Capital, Mr. Bell worked as a Consultant for several large financial institutions evaluating the risk of real estate related debt products such as CMBS, bridge loans and construction loans. Collectively, Mr. Bell has evaluated the risk profile of over $1 billion worth of financings for commercial and residential real estate projects.
Mr. Bell holds an BBA in Finance, Economics and Accounting from Pace University. He also holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and an MS in Real Estate Investments from New York University. Mr. Bell is FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed since 1994.
Loren Alexander is a seasoned Business Owner of several small companies, including a business financial consulting firm, an NASD Broker Dealer, a merger and acquisition consulting practice, a resort marketing firm, and three software development companies. Loren has also been a Board member for several community organizations, and charitable organizations. He is currently a Board Member for two business organizations, and a charitable foundation, and the member of three Business Advisory groups, serving technology related businesses in the US and Internationally, representing business firms in investment funding, commercial financing, as well as business sale consulting.
